首先HTML 4.01 不贊成使用 li value，但目前無替代方法。
jquery的.attr()是無法取得li
值(*數字可取得，但字串無法)
jquery的.val()是無法取得li值(*數字可取得，但字串無法)
attr() 取得一開始的值
val() 可以重複取得改變後的數值
改用tag取代value即可。

不要使用 meta標籤來 "refresh" 做轉址

- 修改PHP.ini
